Zara the zebra often felt insecure about her stripes, wishing she had spot instead as her friends. One day, a wise owl noticed her sadness and said, “Your stripes are special and make you unique. Embrace them because they’re part of what makes you, you.” Zara began to see her stripes in a new light and learned slowly to love them, realizing that what made her different also made her special.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Since our products are made to order (print-on-demand), special return and refund conditions apply. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and how we handle returns.

Right of Withdrawal According to EU consumer law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. However, this right does not apply to products made to order or personalized items. As all our artworks are created specifically for each order, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds if you change your mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about our products, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

If You Receive a Defective or Incorrect Artwork We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an artwork that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong design or size compared to your order)
  • Defective due to a manufacturing error…

...we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

To initiate a claim:

1. Contact us in the contact within 14 days of receiving your artwork.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

3. We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

When Are Returns Not Accepted?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind about a correctly delivered artwork.
  • If the artwork has been altered or damaged after delivery.Minor variations in color due to screen differences (as all monitors display colors differently).
