Once upon a time, a flamingo named Bianca had trouble learning balancing on one leg like the other baby flamingos. She realized that she struggled more than everyone. After a while, tired of not getting enough sleep, she discovered a cozy flower in the lagoon where she could curl up.

Though she slept differently from the others, Bianca's flowerbed became a symbol of her special way of finding balance and contentment, showing that being unique could be just as wonderful.

If You Receive a Defective or Incorrect Artwork We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an artwork that is:

Damaged during shipping
Incorrect (e.g., wrong design or size compared to your order)
Defective due to a manufacturing error…

...we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

To initiate a claim:

1. Contact us in the contact within 14 days of receiving your artwork.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

3. We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

When Are Returns Not Accepted?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

If you change your mind about a correctly delivered artwork.
If the artwork has been altered or damaged after delivery.Minor variations in color due to screen differences (as all monitors display colors differently).
